Booking Terms:

• Only one time entry is permitted per e-ticket and no subsequent entry would be permitted due to security reasons, even if the guest needs a re-entry during the day of visit.
• For your safety, age and weight restrictions apply to some rides.
• Pondy Ocean Park reserves the right to cancel tickets if they are found to be misused or misappropriated.
• Tickets issued under any offer are non-transferable.
• Tickets purchased with any offer cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Modification of your tickets will be allowed free of charge only once per booking.
• Bookings can be modified one day prior to the original booking date. However, our executive will call you for confirmation on game date.
• No Cancellation and No Refunds
• There is a validity period of 30 days for postponing a booking.
  
  

E-Tickets :

• Allow us to send you the tickets and communicate through  Email and Mobile.

• Guests would be entitled to get a direct entry to the park on carrying the printout of the e-ticket along with an original valid photo ID proof.
• In case of not carrying a Printed E- ticket, the guest could collect the ticket from the POP Ticket counter on the date of visit. This can be done by presenting the e-ticket soft copy or the message along with an original & valid photo ID proof.
  
  

Identification Requirements:

• Child tickets are based on height between 85 cm and 140cm and if the height of the guest found to be above 140cm during the entry verification, the guest would need to upgrade the ticket to an adult ticket by paying the differential amount at the park counter.
• In case the person mentioned in the booking and the guest at the park are 2 different people, then the original identity proof of the booking person as well as the guest have to be produced at the time of check-in.
  
  

Communication and Privacy:

• By sharing your contact number & email ID, you agree to receive promotional & transactional emails from Pondy Ocean Park.
• Pondy Ocean Park holds the rights to admission to the park based on the e-ticket and can restrict the entry if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or incorrect in any manner.
• By signing up, you agree to receive updates and offer communication on the email ID provided.
  
  

Convenience Fee:

• A nominal convenience fee (non-refundable) helps us provide a seamless, hassle-free booking experience with instant confirmations, secure payments, and real-time updates. (Its included with the game price)
